Situated on Sunset Ridge on the US27 in Davenport, this standard, privately owned, vacation villa is the ideal base for your Orlando holiday. The villa offers 5 bedrooms, 2 lounge areas and a private pool. Disney World theme parks, including Magic Kingdom and Epcot can be reached in as little as 20-25 minutes from here, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove less than half an hours’ drive away. Universal Resorts, home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter as well as the exciting Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, will take 30-35 minutes to reach via the I-4 Highway. Posner Park, an outdoor shopping centre is a mile or so away from here and has various dining options to suit all tastes, budgets and appetites, as well as a variety of stores and ample free parking.

• Living Accommodation:This traditionally furnished property has all the comforts of home to help you and your family relax together away from the stresses and strains of normal everyday living. The kitchen is on the left of the villa and has all the appliances and equipment needed for a self-catering holiday, together with a convenient breakfast bar worth seating for 2 people. The nearby dining table is perfect mealtimes or evening fun playing board games and chatting. The main family lounge is at the back of the villa and has comfy seating in front of a flatscreen TV and patio doors leading to the pool deck.
• Bedrooms:The Main bedroom is to the right of the family lounge and has a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a door leading directly to the pool deck. Bedroom 2 is on the left of the lounge and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3, also on the right, has twin beds and has been decorated in a style to suit all guests, while Bedrooms 4 and 5, on the left of the villa near the front, each have Twin beds and have been decorated with the children in mind. With a TV in each bedroom, everybody can enjoy an early night or lazy holiday morning watching their favourite programme.
• Entertainment:The owners have provided a Playstation and there are a number of games for use.   There is a wide range of DVD’s and books too.
